Most pieces are made to order so please choose carefully as we will not refund. If you purchased a piece from the boutique, we are happy to exchange.

If the product you received is the wrong size,  please contact us and we can arrange resizing.

 

All products are made to the highest quality standards and checked prior to shipping.

 

If  the product you receive is faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact this us immediately on telephone number 0424574364 or contact us by email at info@elinhjewellery.com prior to returning your item.

 

If you have accidentally damaged your product and you wish to have it repaired or if you want your product polished or re-oxidised, Please come into the store (francis street atelier) to have the piece assesed or send it to us via post with full contact details and a descrption of what is wrong with the piece,
